CrossFit Games 2017The Open is starting this week!  Get yourself on a team before Friday night!  All wods on Saturday will be the Open 17.1 workout.

40-54: 50 lbs dumbbell/35 lbs dumbbell ;24″/20″
55+: 35 lbs dumbbell/20 lbs dumbbell ; 24″/20″, step ups okay

Time cap: 20 minutes
