Every 1:30 do split press x 5 reps 45/35# x 3 sets
Every 1:30 do split jerk x 5 reps with :03 pause in the dip and :03 pause in the catch x 3sets
then do
Every 1:30 of split jerk x 3 reps 95/65# x 3 sets
Every 1:30 of jerk balance x 3 reps x 3 sets
then do
Every 1:30 of behind the neck jerk x 3 reps @65-70% 1RM jerk with a :03 pause at the catch x 3 sets
