20 min open gym format
25 min Partner AMCAP (As many cards as possible)
Hearts: Situps
Diamonds: Burpees – must yell something positive about burpees when you pick this card!
Spades: Lunges L/R=1
Clubs: DB Rows 35/25 L=1/R=1
Joker: 1K Row

Must pick one card at a time. Every person on each team must complete all the reps before you pick another card.
