Attend a free trial class on the 1st or 3rd Thursday of the month. See our
schedule
for class times. We’d be more than happy to set up a time if Thursday’s don’t work with your schedule. Email Teresa at

For those who are new to CrossFit, you have two options:

On-Ramp Group Training
2.
On-Ramp Private Sessions
Step 3
Once you have completed your On-Ramp course or if you are a current CrossFitter, you can register for one of our memberships.
Unlimited Classes - Billed Month-to-Month - One Year Contract - $150
Unlimited Classes - Billed Month-to-Month - No Contract - $175
10 Class Punch Card - 3 month contract - $180
