How to Join


Step 1

Attend a free trial class on the 1st or 3rd Thursday of the month. See our schedule for class times. We’d be more than happy to set up a time if Thursday’s don’t work with your schedule. Email Teresa at

If you decide to train with us after the free trial class you have two options:
1. On-Ramp Program
2. On-Ramp Private Sessions
