Olympic Weightlifting

What you will learn in our Olympic Lifting class...

  • techniques involved with the snatch and clean and jerk lifts
  • warm up followed by a three part workout involving snatch, clean, jerk, presses, squats, pulls and other exercises to isolate and train technique points
  • mobility exercises for before and after weightlifting work is done
  • individual attention and correction during the class
  • accessory work to hone in on specific needs in practicing the lifts.

Olympic lifting is available to current members.
Classes will be held on Fridays at 4pm.

We offer three membership packages: 

Unlimited Classes – Billed Month-to-Month – One Year Contract – $150

Unlimited Classes – Billed Month-to-Month – No Contract – $175

10 Class Punch Card – 3 month contract – $180
