FREE TRIAL Classes – Offered to locals wanting to experience their first CrossFit class at Tangletown CrossFit. Offered on the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of the month at 5:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 5:30 p.m. & 6:30 p.m.

This is the main CrossFit WOD (workout of the day) which is offered multiple times a day throughout the week. Available to registered members.
Special CrossFit WODs focused on Metabolic Conditioning. Available to registered members.

NOTE: The Beginner’s Program is NOT an option for the Free Intro Class. Must be a registered member to attend.

First time attendees: You must contact Sarah at least 24 hours in advance of your first Kettlebell Crossover class and you must arrive 15 minutes prior to your first Kettlebell Crossover class to go through the Hardstyle Kettlebell Swing Intro.
