WOD
This is the main CrossFit WOD (workout of the day) which is offered multiple times a day throughout the week. Available to registered members.

MetCon
Special CrossFit WODs focused on Metabolic Conditioning. Available to registered members.

Beginner’s Program
7:30 p.m. Tu & Th
8 a.m. Saturdays
NOTE: The Beginner’s Program is NOT an option for the Free Intro Class. Must be a registered member to attend.

Strength Class
6:30-7:30p.m. Wednesdays
This class focuses on Olympic lifting skills and strength.  Technique and drills along with mobility for lifts will be the main focus.  Available to registered members.

Teen Strength Class
4:15-5:15p.m. Tu & Th.
Must be registered to attend.  Ages 14-17.

Kettlebell Crossover
Available to registered members. Sundays 10:30am
First time attendees: You must contact Sarah at least 24 hours in advance of your first Kettlebell Crossover class and you must arrive 15 minutes prior to your first Kettlebell Crossover class to go through the Hardstyle Kettlebell Swing Intro.
