Fun for all ages!

Kids come to class to push, pull, jump, balance, lift, throw, and most importantly, learn that being active is fun! Tangletown Kids is a broad and general fitness class to help kids gain all-around strength and stamina. Our classes are inclusive and scalable to every age and ability. Each child will be able to participate safely while improving their individual abilities. Whether on the playground, on the field, or on the court, Tangletown Kids will be better equipped for performance and for fun.
