Teen Strength Class – Summer 2018

Teen Strength Class

Ages 14-18
Classes limited to 10 participants

Class Times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 12pm
There will be two six-week sessions:
Session 1 runs from June 11 to July 20
Session 2 runs from July 23 to August 31

$180 per session

Members and teens of members get $15 off their session price.
BONUS: If you refer a teen, you get $10 off your July and/or August membership and the teen you refer gets $5 off their session price!

Total body strength • Learn Crossfit movements • Build the aerobic engine • Creating mobility and body awareness

Teens come to class to push, pull, jump, balance, lift, throw, learn, problem solve, team build, in their own version of the WOD (workout of the day). The focus for our teens is to provide them with proper movement and skill work to improve balance, coordination and strength. Whether they want to be more fit or improve performance in their sport, they will find that in this supportive, small group environment.

Each six week session will focus on building overall strength and physical capacity through a CrossFit-style class. Everything will be scalable to teens of different levels and from different sport backgrounds.
