Week 3! We didn’t forget!

We are a little ways into week 3 and I hope you have already done your own check-in prior to the start of this week. If not, let’s do it right now.

Okay, take a deep a breath. Think about your nutrition, performance, and lifestyle goals. This should take about 5 minutes for you to evaluate how things have been going:

  • How have you been doing? Have you been consistent enough with your new habits?
  • If so, what have your results been so far? Are they easy yet? Ready to take on a little more?
  • If not, what has been getting in the way? Is it time to try new tactics? Or do you need to re-dedicate yourself to your original intent?

This week, we’re talking protein, supplements, and that mindfulness stuff Anna forgot about last week.

    Great job on all of the write-ups team, they have been helpful. My big goals are to cut refined sugar and to not eat anything after 7pm. It sounds easy in theory. I’m starting to feel like I have more energy, and I’m getting full after eating less. Small wins for now. I think I’m down 2 whopping pounds. I need to get more dialed in on cutting down on carbs, that’s my key to success. It would be great to hear how everyone else is doing!
