Before you join, you are welcome to try a CrossFit class for free. We offer a free trial on the 1st or 3rd Thursday of the month. See our schedule for class times. We’d be more than happy to set up a time if Thursday’s don’t work with your schedule. Email Teresa at

After your free trial, for those who are new to CrossFit, you have two options:
1. On-Ramp Group Training
2. On-Ramp Private Sessions

Once you have completed your On-Ramp course or if you are a current CrossFitter, you can register for one of our memberships. 

Just visiting? Drop-ins are $20 for the class or $30 for the class + a Tangletown CrossFit t-shirt or tank top and is paid at the gym or online here. You can find our waiver here. Please contact our gym owner, Teresa, with any questions.
