Olympic Weightlifting

Our Olympic Weightlifting course is intended to help individuals improve their technique on each of the snatch, clean, and jerk. Both newer lifters and experienced lifters will benefit from this class as they work on their mobility, isolate positions, and spend dedicated time on the Olympic Lifts. With individualized attention, all lifters can expect to improve their lifts by becoming more proficient.
