FREE INTRO Classes – Offered to locals wanting to experience their first CrossFit class at Tangletown CrossFit
Noon & 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays

CrossFit WOD (workout of the day)
5:00 a.m. – M/W
5:30 a.m. – M/Tu/W/Th/F
8:30 a.m. – Tu/Th
9:30 a.m. – M/W/F
12:00 p.m. M/W
5:30 p.m. M/T/W/Th
6:30 p.m. M/T/W/Th
7:00, 8:00 & 9:00 a.m. – Saturday
10:30 a.m. Sundays: RKC Swing Intro (15 minutes) – You MUST Register for this class.
10:45 a.m. Sundays: Sunday Swingers: You MUST REGISTER and attend the RKC Swing Intro prior to participating in this class.
OPEN GYM TIMES: Sundays 8 a.m. & Fridays 5-6:30 p.m.

Beginner’s Program
7:30 p.m. Tu & Th
8 a.m. Saturdays
NOTE: The Beginner’s Program is NOT an option for the Free Intro Class. Must be a registered member to attend.

CFE – CrossFit Endurance – Program runs April – September
CFE starts the week of April 22nd

Strength and Conditioning Program for Endurance Athletes. Meant to support your sport specific training done outside of the gym.

Kids Program
March 5th-April 23rd
Wednesdays 4:30-5:15 p.m. 1-5th Graders
