FREE TRIAL Classes – Offered to locals wanting to experience their first CrossFit class at Tangletown CrossFit. Offered on the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of the month at 5:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 5:30 p.m. & 6:30 p.m.

10:15 a.m. Sundays: RKC Swing Intro (15 minutes) – You MUST Register for this class.
10:30 a.m. Sundays: Sunday Swingers: You MUST REGISTER and attend the RKC Swing Intro prior to participating in this class.
OPEN GYM TIMES: Sundays 8 a.m. & Fridays 5-6:30 p.m.
7:30 p.m. Tu & Th
8 a.m. Saturdays
NOTE: The Beginner’s Program is NOT an option for the Free Intro Class. Must be a registered member to attend.
