Before you join, you are welcome to try a CrossFit class for free. We offer a free trial to all new athletes. See our schedule for class times. Email Teresa at tbriest@msn.com

After your free trial, for those who are new to CrossFit, you learn all of our movements both barbell and gymnastics through our On- Ramp private training sessions. You have the opportunity to work one-on-one with our experienced coaching staff at your convenience. Sign up is below. Please schedule with Teresa.

Once you have completed your On-Ramp course or if you are a current CrossFitter, you can register for one of our memberships. 

Just visiting? Drop-ins are $20 for the class or $30 for the class + a Tangletown CrossFit t-shirt and is paid at the gym or online here. You can find our waiver here. Please contact our gym owner, Teresa, tbriest@msn.com with any questions.
