Bullet Proof Shoulders

A. 8 x banded face pull Y press- during the first portion of the movement make sure your forearms get to vertical and then press to your snatch/overhead squat grip

B. 10 x PVC lift offs- go as narrow as possible with hands while still lifting arm up until it is in line with the ears. The more narrow the grip, the harder the exercise.

after the rounds are completed, finish with 3:00 max distance OH carry- use two KBs (RX would be 35/20)

A. standing banded hollow IYs x 15- stand in hollow, rib tucked, squeeze butt. Keep the wrists straight (no extension). Pull up into the I then to Y keeping the rib down! (no arching)

B. Landmine meadow rows x 6 per side

the first part of the wod, partner A starts with the rowing and then moves directly into the wall balls while partner B starts their rowing. Then partner B moves into the wall balls if partner A has completed their 25 reps. Keep moving through this sequence until each person has completed 4 rounds each.

the second part is 8 rounds total for time. Partner A rows their cals while partner B rests. Then partner B rows, while partner A rests. The time finishes when A and B have completed 8 sets between the two of them.
